Annual DiNardo Virtual 5K Run
Each November, we organize a Annual Virtual Iggy DiNardo 5k, which runs from November 15th (Iggys birthday), through the end of the month. 2023 marked the 4th annual virtual 5k. We had 300 runners and walkers from across the country participate, and raised over $16,000. We look forward to this event each year, and are grateful for all of participates who run, walk and donate.

The Iggy DiNardo 5k is a virtual event that allows you to walk or run the 5k anywhere between November 15th and November 30th.
We have a dedicated Strava group where you can record and upload your 5k completion and see other participants runs and pictures. Once the 5k is completed, we announce the winners of the 5k and raffle prize winners on Instagram.
